Blocker Dude Ranch is a small, minority-owned equestrian farm in the St. Andrews/Irmo area of Columbia, SC.
We serve through Private Riding Lessons, {Western Discipline}, Trail Rides, Bucket List Experiences & Birthday Celebrations through our gentle, well- trained horses. We are intentional on building and enhancing community development.
Introduce yourself to the horse. Then, get close to pet, groom, walk, exercise, ride and experience the horse. {All Ages | 30-45 Minutes}
After a brief Horse Riding 101, venture on 1 of 4 trails at appropriate speeds through the woods, by tree lines and through the community on horseback. {Ages 10+ | 90 Minutes}
Transition from “Zero-to-Hero”. After 7 lessons, you will develop 85% confidence on safety, grooming, communication, balance and control. {Ages 4+ | 30-60 Minutes}
The BIRTHDAY Experience
Enjoy 2 hours of time on the property. Split the time however you want with Horse Activities (Grooming & Round Pen Rides), and/or Birthday Celebrations. We provide the space (Tables, Benches and horses), you bring everything else.
